Information the TMAX Method portal handles

Before sign-in, the TMAX Method portal may keep the email address supplied for your invitation, account status, coaching assignment, and access role so the correct private space can be prepared for you.

When you sign in, the TMAX Method portal receives your verified Google account identifier, name, and email address so it can open only the coaching space assigned to you. The portal does not receive or store your Google password.

The portal may store client- or coach-entered check-ins, call notes, program updates, and progress details about training, nutrition, hydration, sleep, energy, stress, weight, habits, reflections, injuries, symptoms, laboratory or hormone information, testosterone, medications, supplements, and other health-related context. It may also store progress photos and a goal-reference image that you or your coach supplied.

Optional sexual-function fields may include a libido rating and a morning-erection response. You may skip them. The TMAX Method portal stores these health-related details for coaching context even though the portal is not a medical service.

The TMAX Method portal uses an essential signed, HttpOnly session cookie containing internal account and Google account identifiers. It normally lasts for up to 12 hours and is cleared when you sign out. The portal and its hosting providers may also process request, browser, IP-address, security, and error-log data to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

How the information is used

Information is used to authenticate you, personalize your program, record progress, prepare coaching reviews, and protect the portal from unauthorized access.

TMAX Method does not sell client information. Progress photos are not used for advertising, social media, or testimonials without separate permission.

Who can access it

Your coaching information is intended to be available only to you, your authorized coach or coaches, and service providers that host, store, or secure the portal. OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare Workers, D1, and R2 operate the website, database, and private-file storage. Google Identity Services handles sign-in; TMAX Method does not send coaching entries or progress photos to Google for authentication.

An authorized coach may keep private working copies or exports in a Google Drive-synced coaching folder for program administration and continuity. Google may process those stored files as the Drive provider.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person's safety, investigate misuse, or defend legal rights. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Retention and your choices

TMAX Method does not currently apply an automatic expiration date to coaching records. Records are retained while the coaching relationship is active and afterward until they are manually deleted, de-identified, or no longer reasonably needed for program history, administration, security, disputes, or legal obligations.

You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete your information by contacting the coach. TMAX Method may need to verify your identity before completing a request, and some requests may be limited by lawful record-retention obligations. Limited security logs and provider backups may remain until their normal deletion cycle completes. Restricted historical project or release copies may remain where removal is technically impractical, but they are not used as active coaching records.

You can disconnect TMAX Method from your Google Account settings. Disconnecting Google does not automatically delete coaching records; contact the coach for a deletion request.

Health and safety

TMAX Method is a coaching record, not a medical service, medical record system, or emergency channel. It does not diagnose conditions or replace a licensed clinician. Do not use the portal for urgent medical needs.

Age and changes

TMAX Method is intended for adults age 18 or older. This notice may be updated as the service changes; the current version will remain posted here with its effective date.
